Oakdale Netball Club is always on the lookout for new Umpires; Junior & Senior.

Oakdale Netball Club also participates in the Netball SA Green Shirt umpiring program.

The Office of Recreation and Sport in association with Netball SA introduced this initiative where new or inexperienced officials wear a coloured shirt that makes them easily recognisable to players and spectators. The primary objective is for people to identify these officials as “learners” and understand that they may make mistakes and that harassment of these umpires will not be tolerated.

The secondary objective of this initiative is to provide mentoring and support to the beginner umpire to ensure the umpiring techniques they learn will provide a solid foundation for their continuing development for years to come.

Please download the application form below, or email marking attention to the Umpires Coordinator.
